Great storage facility with many different size units to accommodate most needs. Mia helped me find the right size unit and worked some numbers to also find me the best deal! Gated entry and exit, and even an app to open the gate remotely!

Customer service is the best! Very caring and you get treated like a person instead of a paycheck. Location is great and the units are well kept. Security is taken seriously so there's also a peace of mind that comes with the service you get! Highly recommended

The property manager was very kind, helpful, and informative. There were many unit sizing options to choose from, and most units had deals online. Would highly recommend!

Terrible company that charges your credit card without your consent. I am on social security and sometimes I don't have the money on the 1st. There is supposed to be a 5-day grace period but they locked my unit and charged my card without consent on the April 3, 2025. They also keep increasing the rent. Go elsewhere.

I always value great customer service with every vendor or business I work with. Stor’N’Lock in Riverdale has been extremely exceptional. Krystal has always been very friendly and relatable. Anytime I’ve required assistance, they have been very helpful. I would highly recommended this location.

I've had a great experience with my storage unit here. I recently had some issues with the website and getting receipts but I stopped in the office and Mia had already printed my receipts for me and took care of everything.

They'll fail to automatically charge your card after having it on autopay for 3 years, and then charge you late fees for it. I don't recommend storing your stuff here, there's several other facilities that are nicer and cheaper.
