I can't recommend Storke highly enough. When my mother, the widow of a retired naval officer, passed away overseas, Storke worked with me and the overseas authorities to get my mother's ashes shipped to the US, where they stored them until an interment could be scheduled at Arlington National Cemetery. Whether I needed paperwork or just to understand the process, the staff at Storke were ready to help. They were unfailingly kind, understanding, and expert at coordinating with Arlington, and truly a pleasure to deal with.

Id like to add my positive review of Storke Funeral Home in Bowling Green to the many already posted. What a well-run business. They deserve their 5-star rating.
My father contacted David Storke after the death of my mother, and from the start we were treated with kindness, dignity, and compassion. David walked us through the process and personally helped my father contact the necessary officials. Everyone we met at Storke was friendly and respectful: from the men who transported my mother to the woman who greeted us at the funeral home (I'm sorry I don't know their names). Thank you. And thank you, David, for coming to the memorial service, bringing the book, helping that event go smoothly, and for being there for my family. We truly appreciate your kindness and dedication.

Exceptional, professional, kind, caring, genuinely empathetic. I cannot possibly express how great of a job Mr. Storke did working with our family to see our loved one interred at Arlington National Cemetery. Our loved one passed away overseas. We were feeling absolutely overwhelmed by the complexities involved in the transportation, arrangements, etc. David Storke took that burden directly off of our shoulders and placed it on his own.
He provided us his personal number and was available to us at all hours helping us at every stage down the line and trust me, where Arlington was concerned, the stages were many. His expertise in making arrangements with Arlington National Cemetery really cannot be overstated. He has a genuine compassion and respect for our deceased servicemen and women. If you are feeling as lost as we were, I promise you David Storke is who you need to call.

David Storke and the staff at Storke Funeral Home are forever in my heart. Mr. Storke helped with my grandfathers arrangements after his passing in December of 2017, with more compassion than I ever thought I would see. In March of 2018 my mother who was indigent passed very unexpectedly. Mr. Storke helped my family when no one else including the U.S government would. I am forever grateful for his compassion and understanding and I would definitely recommend him to any and everyone in their time of grief.

Storke Funeral Home was recommended on the Arlington National Cemetery site and for good reason. As with perhaps many families, the service arrangements are being made from different parts of the country and we need to rely on strangers essentially to help us through the process as well as dealing with the wait for the service itself. Storke is so familiar with Arlington and took care of everything and with genuine care that we will always remember and appreciate them.
