You asked and you got it. This place sucks. They sold my unit and never even let me know. By law they were supposed to notify me and give me a chance to not let that happen but they did not do that. I had no idea. When I went online to pay my bill my account and my unit were both gone. I got no answer on the phone and no return call. This is the place to go if you want ripped off.

Let's start here... I was in a nasty mood ready to scream at the next person who talked to me better yet who ever looked my way! While standing at the kiosk in Store Here this bright bubbly, smiling person comes to me and says it's hot out here let me assist you! I guess that's all I needed to hear that there was some one else that seen I just needed help. She could of walked past and said nothing but she didn't! She walked me along the process just so I know what I was getting in to! She took so much off my shoulders due to me already having a crappy day! After getting everything astableish I kind of sat back and watched her moving around the property with smile on her face! that smile is contagious because before long I was doing the same thing. I got a climate control unit which was easy to find and everything was so clean! I mean there no trash on the ground not a lot of people coming and going and the property is secured with camera and access points. Which I completely feel safe leaving my belongings here! It's a tucked away places which I drove past a few times in the past and never noticed it. I say A diamond in the rough. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Kiomari for bringing the smile out of me and for being amazing customer service rep. I give y'all a 10 out of 10!
