I had a fantastic experience here! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. I’ve had a great experience with StorAmerica! The manager is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I need. You can tell they really care about their customers. The location itself is always spotless, very well maintained and clean every time I visit. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the facility in top shape. I highly recommend StorAmerica if you’re looking for a safe, clean, and well-run storage option!

my experience with storage my personal property at STORAMERICA has been very good. The property is well maintained and the customer service is excellent. The manager is professional, friendly and helpful . I have recommended family and friends to store there.

BEWARE: Do NOT store your items here!
This facility has a serious rat infestation. Many of my belongings were damaged by rats, and management still expected me to remove the contaminated items, despite the clear health hazard.

District Manager Damian was rude and completely unhelpful. The company was aware of the infestation and failed to notify customers. After I moved out and left behind the rat-damaged items (which I was not going to risk touching), they still tried to charge me for the unit.

I will be pursuing legal action. Store your items elsewhere this place is a nightmare.

I came a few times to come to pay in person and it says they close at 6pm by 515 the doors are locked and no inside but there 2 cars parked outside. Guess they don't want no payment

I've stored here before now and it was a very great experience. All staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The units were good and watched over very well. I was glad to come back and received the same gracious treatment and see the facility was still in top shape and being monitored just as vigilant.

Had to cancel. The fact that they have late 7am access and early 7pm must be out or call 911 to get out didn’t sit well with me. A clean storage I’ll give them 4 stars for that. But access to my belongings with long work hours didn’t work for me

I wouldn’t recommend putting my stuff for storage here this isn’t the first time I reported this incident. no one ever seems to be in the front office or answer the phone . If it wasn’t for me putting my own traps who would have known my stuff would have been damaged !
