They have been very helpful with us moving to this storage facility. Jocelyn since the beginning super friendly and helpful with us. I recommend this business!!! If you rate the business in Google they give you a discount, how amazing is that?! The place is always clean and they have a small coffee and soda table ready to serve or grab.

I've been a customer for quite awhile. Actually too long, but the past year was much better. The first manager, Heather was a joy to work with. This past month was a new manager. Although I don't remember her name, I apologize sincerely, she was and is very professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I saw immediate changes for the better. Although I am no longer a customer there, I would recommend Storage Star based on the new manager for sure 👍

We moved here in a hurry from Roseville, Ca. & I looked for a local storage facility close to where we finally found a house. We have been customers for 7-8 yrs, because our house does not have a garage. It was converted to 2 bdrms for our children. A couple of months ago, we thought we were going to have to clear the whole unit out and get rid of everything due to unforseen employment issues. Heather & Janelle suggested purging out the unit and downsizing to a much smaller unit that would be financially more accessible. We were a little worried because we went from a 4 bdrm, 2 bath, 2 car garage in Roseville to a 3 bdrm, 1 bath, no garage in Yuba City. At the time, everyone was buying homes with cash to flip them. Janelle said she could make the move as painless as possible, helping locate a smaller unit close to ours so we wouldn't have to walk around the whole facility moving our furniture. I want to say something. Any time you have to do something you don't really want to do, you're usually in the wrong mindset. My son and I were on board, my wife & daughter not so much, till they saw how close Janelle was able to get us a smaller unit, in relation to our almost biggest unit that they offer. That made the move a piece of cake, allowing us to go through all of our stuff and sell, donate, or throw away all the stuff we didn't want to keep in our unit. We now know exactly what is in that smaller unit, and I will tell you something. When we went through our old unit, there were no spiders, no rats or mice, and no water damage from the walls, floor, or ceiling. After almost eight years, everything in our unit was perfectly fine! I park my Harley in the driveway, in an 8 X 12 plastic Sam's Club shed, my makeshift garage, and I can't keep the black widows out of that thing! They really take care of this facility. They just recently painted it, including brand new numbers above the unit doors. Put a really extensive set of camera systems in the place and a fully brand new digital electronic keyboard for entering and exiting the facility. They are open from seven in the morning until seven at night, including weekends, and the place is spotless. I can not give a stronger recommendation. I checked multiple other facilities, and even have friends that I ride with that have stuff in 3 other facilities, and they are nowhere near as clean, secure, and nice as this facility. If you are thinking about storing your personal stuff somewhere safe, this would be the place. If you choose to go somewhere else, that's on you. I can guarantee you there is not another local place as good as this one. Take this with a grain of salt. You choose what you choose, but you also get what you get. I initially arranged this place over the phone from Roseville before we even moved here, and I'm glad I did because they've never let me down. We will be here until we no longer need storage.......Kevin Barry.

Highly recommend! I moved cross country and was not sure where I was going to store my things that could not go with me to my new home, I settled with Storage Star and it was a great choice. Heather is amazing, accommodating and incredibly professional. She got me the best deal, made me feel secure about where my things would be and did it all with a smile. Thanks again!

Contacted many storage facilities in my area and decided on Storage Star based on price, cleanliness of facility, location and friendly staff. I was given a few different parking spot options, paperwork was completed quickly and was on my way. When parking my vehicle, I noticed a small concern, upon leaving I stopped by the office and let them know what I saw and they stated they would rectify it shortly. I’ll update this review after a month or so, if any concerns.
