Brett has been so accommodating during such a rough period after the double hurricanes. I was finally able to move my contents into a storage unit. When I got there I realized I needed a larger unit and one was available. The storage facility is dry and climate controlled giving me peace of mind while our house is rebuilt.

I needed climate controlled storage for my books and artwork while downsizing homes. Storage Sense was exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I was REALLY happy with the introduction of the key cards, allowing me access at hours more convenient for me. Also, the two gentlemen manning the front desk (the first [Jeff?] moved to a different facility when mine became Storage Sense) were absolute gems. Always polite and so helpful & courteous.

Used to be attended, now no attendant without any notice or notification. Access codes were changed without any notice at all, had to call and get new codes. Unsafe building littered by homeless behind building and restrooms are now locked. Prices went up, how about a price reduction for the terrible experience. You can't charge as much as other storage facilities and not provide the same quality and experience.
(Updated after reply) No notice was sent out that is incorrect and why bother emailing a generic info@ email address, poor service

i have been with extra closet for over 20 yrs. this idea of virtual stinks. there should be an attendant there every weekday. its not safe to be there alone anymore. worst idea to eliminate the office manager. just another low end storage facility. a shelter for the homeless. not safe at all you took away the good things for technoogy. shootin yourself in the foot.

Clean and safe facility. So easy to get in and out. Packing materials and Dollie’s always available and convenient. Brett was
Super accommodating and was a bright light in my post-Hurricane trauma moving out of my flooded home.

Brett is awesome! I live in Saint Petersburg and I was flooded our if my home. I left a message for Brett. He called me right back. We played telephone tag..He called me right back AGAIN! He saved me 2 small units! I appreciate his efforts to provide me service. Thank you so much!!
