Rented a large storage unit and a parking space because I could not fit my car trailer in the rollup door on the unit. My trailer was stolen after a short time. Called the Phoenix police and they sent out a policeman to do the report. Thought it would be simple to catch the man who stole it as they have cameras covering the parking spaces and you have to use a passcode. That wasn't the case, we reviewed the camera footage and he knew where the cameras were and made sure to hide his face and cover his license plate with duct tape so we couldn't see it. The passcode he used was for a unit that was closed over a year ago. Had to wait over 30 days before the police were done investigating. I called the police department about 60 days afterwards and was talking to the police officer who took the report and he said this looks so much like an inside job somebody had to give this guy all the information so he can get in and get out. Never found the trailer but we haven't given up.
Conclusion: I would not rent a unit or parking spot in this facility unless you don't mind items getting stolen. It was rather scary how it was no big deal to them that something was stolen out of their facility. STAY AWAY!!!

No, I am not renting at your facility at this time I already moved out I didn't wanna lose any more stuff. i have been looking for the trailer for 3 years now. I was paying exorbitant amount at your facility which I must say is not maintained at all, what you guys are doing is pulling money in and not taking care of your places which seems to be typical with some storage units.

The level of service here is top notch. AJ is a standout guy. Friendly , knowledgeable, and definitely goes above and beyond. Always see them onsite picking up trash and working hard to keep place clean. Any company should be so lucky to have people who truly care and it definitely shows here. The place is dated and run down, but highly recommend alone on the level of customer service provided. Keep smiling guys you both deserve the best. God Bless
