I love how clean this storage place is and how amazing the customer service is! I’ve had a storage here for about 2 and a half years and have never had issues here. They always send itemized receipts to my email for the monthly bill and are quick to respond whenever I have questions over the phone or would like to pay my storage. Highly recommend this place!

Storage Max is my favorite place of Storage. I got to see how clean they keep it when my sister stored her things in it and I would go and help her move…and the staff is very pleasant. So now I have the privilege to be in this nice clean facility and it’s pleasant to come to our lady that helped me. Isabell she is over the top very kind. I feel that Storage Max is very fortunate to have such an honest and very helpful employee. Thank you for hiring her.. I have had a storage here for 5 years. The first lady was amazing. They have change staff since then but they are just as amazing. Great customer service. The place is secure and they keep it clean. I have never had an issue that was not resolved.
