Watch out, I tried calling the provided phone number and got a customer service rep named Oscar who had no idea what he was doing. I waited for literally 5 minutes of him trying to find the "right" address for me, as the one given at 2880 M James Wood is for an apartment building and not a storage facility. I don't know if this is some kind of scam, but please be careful!
