I had an issue with my unit and called and got a live person within a minute or so…Angela is the agent that assisted me and was so helpful! Resolved the issue with minimal wait time and compensated me for any inconvenience…I was thinking of transferring to another facility, but I’ll stay since it was so easy to get my concerns met and resolved! Angela is AWESOME!!

Before this company took over where I rented there had never been a rate increase. After they took over it seems the rate was increased ever couple months. I went from $90 per month to $171 per month before I had enough. I ended up donating most of my property because I had no way to move it. Unless you just have money to throw away I would stay far away from this company!

So I did get a call yesterday saying they are sorry for the trouble but that they only took over October 2022 - The problem with this logic is, I rented from Southside Storage, it was bought out by Copper Safe Storage a couple years ago and I was paying $90 per month with them. Now they call themselves Copper Safe Management and said it is not the same company as Copper Safe Storage & there were only 2 rent increases. If you google Copper Safe Storage and click on "About Us" it gives you the information on Copper Safe Management. Kinda seems like it is the same company.

This company applied a lock on my storage when my storage was paid up in advance. Not only that but this storage price increases tremendously sometimes as often as month to month. My Bill increased in Oct,Nov,Dec,Jan and again now in May not to mention how many other months it’s has increased last year and the year prior. The customer service representative told me that it’s going up AGAIN in August. This is ridiculous. This company is a scam.

It’s has increased twice this year and I just received a letter stating that it’s increasing AGAIN by next month. We are only 5 months into the year. ITS RIDICULOUS. Getting another storage with you will never happen again. So no I don’t need to down size what I have was in my budget. But nothing is within budget when the company is a scam and goes up on prices monthly. $126- $136-150-$159 not to mention the $9 ins charge.
