I had a storage there about 8 years ago and Marilyn was wonderful! She went out of her way to help me. I was out of state for about a year and when I came back all the stuff I had in there was just like I had left it safe dry and secure. The storage area the storage area as well as the office are kept very clean. The people that work with barrel that are very nice and eager to help. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else

This is the best storage facility I've ever had. Marilyn, the front desk manager. Is hands down the fairest, un-bias, non-judgmental, reasonable and understanding woman with an outgoing personality. Outspoken and very straightforward, loves her job yet, completely human when it comes to life and life's un-exspected mishaps. Being honest and following through is key. She held true and patiently helped me as I went through one of the worst years of my life. She is an example that other people in management positions should become more like. Thank you storage 4 less. And thank you Marilyn.

Marilyn is a BLESSING!!I had a storage with her for 4 years. Faced a lot of difficulties she worked with me no matter what. Don't let negative review deter you. Never had a problem with the manager and the maintenance guy is always kind and helpful. It is clean and always kept in top shape. Just like all storage facilities there are rules, and yes they follow them quickly. This isn't a place u can not pay for six months or something. So if it's close and convenient I would store there Everytime.

I've had storage at this facility since February 2008! The Manager, Marilyn, is kind, helpful and very professional. Always makes me feel like my stuff was being watched over and cared for as if it was her own! 🙂 And as for price... Very competitive and reasonable! This facility is clean and well maintained!
I would recommend storing your wares at this Mini Storage from among all that are out there in the Yuba City area! In my opinion, with Store 4 Less, Marilyn and her friendly, professional attitude, and the cleanliness of the facility give you MORE for your hard earned dollar!

I've had a unit here for. close to 4 years, good service, only complaint is they raise the prices a little to often. Other than that Marilyn works with you, very good personality and polite, professional attitude.
