This was my first time here and my last. Mediocre customer service. Reminded me of DMV lines just to check in, but worse. These people really need to modernize their business. They are operating like it’s 1950. The wait to retrieve the item was horrendous. Grossly inefficient. Stay away at all costs if you can avoid it! Would give them a zero if I could.
