They are very happy to sell you a product, I have spent a lot of money in this store on equipment. However I brought in a saw I purchased elsewhere that needed repairs under warranty. I called Huskavarna myself and was told it is in fact covered under warranty. The guy behind the counter was trying very hard to help me out until the lady came out and immediately started giving me an attitude. She gave me back my saw and a bag of parts told me they refuse to help me.

Was paying a few extra dollars by purchasing equipment from them to try and support local business but might as well go to big box store and get same product for less $$.

I took my lawnmower in to be fixed on 6/26/2024 and was told probably 3 weeks. Understandable. Called back around 7/11/2024 and was told still working on. Called back a week a so later and was told same thing. Called back August 7th or so and was told part was on back order. Person I talked to said the part was ordered on 7/22/2024. Called back a week later and was told part would not be in until 8/22/2024. Called back on 8/27/2024 and was told part still on back order. Person answering phone said nothing he can do. He's only been there 2 weeks and was trying to be nice and respectful. I was trying to be nice and respectful, but no one has bothered to call me and talk to me about the fact that this part for some reason cannot be obtained. I have had to pay someone else to mow my grass for these 2 months they have had my lawnmower. They do not seem to be interested in communicating with me. They do not understand my frustration that not only is this costing me money having to pay someone else to cut my grass, but I am sure that when (and if) my lawn mower ever gets fixed, they will want to charge the full price. I am a widow and have noone else to depend on to help me in these circumstances. I would just appreciate a little communication from this business but I can only guess they are too busy to call me and let me know there is a problem. I know I am insignificant to them, but would appreciate a little communication.
Update: I appreciate the comment from the Company, however, I did not "cuss" anyone out. I try not to use foul language and i know today I was upset, but I did not use foul language. Thank you.

This place use to provide the best small motor mechanical work in the Tri-County area. Unfortunately, since his daughter took over ownership and management over a decade ago, the customer service has declined completely! The woman that owns it now is the rudest, most unprofessional & uneducated business owner i have EVER encountered! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

They sell good products but sometimes even good products go astray. That's when you find out how sincere they are. Thanks again
