I had a friend of mine lock her keys in her car. Rigo was amazing. He was informative about the insurance I had and it took less than 10 mins to get the keys out but not before he pretended he couldn’t get them out and opened the door once I thought he was being serious😆 he’s great. I hope I get him again if I ever need the help again.

Requested a tow service through my AAA app and it said up to 2 hour eta. Looked around the area myself and found Steitz and requested a tow using my AAA call number. The driver came within 40 minutes of my call (we were 15min out of town). He was professional and informative on everything. He loaded up and dropped the vehicle at my house. We grabbed him some food on the way home 😊 so he can eat when he left. Would definitely recommend Steitz and will use them again!

I’d give a 0 if I could. Don’t let Alex tow your car. He picked it up out of my driveway and the bumper caught as he was pulling it out. When my wife came out of the house to see what happened he drove off like nothing happened. Waited for the owner to call to figure out what and how they wanted to fix the damage. Needless to say he doesn’t want to fix it he also told AAA they wouldn’t tow my car out of the shop and back to my house.

Still waiting I've had to call them every week to get an update on when they are sending a body shop estimator. Will be turned into insurance next week if no action is taken by them.

Finally got the body shop to look at it Friday 11-15-19. Still have yet to hear back from Steitz towing. Also when i talked to Santa(sorry if the spelling is incorrect) I asked for the insurance information she refused to give me any information. As of today I will be taking legal action. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else

would be nice if i could drive over 152 without some redneck driver road raging because he cant merge lanes properly, definitley wont go to this company if i need a tow if they behave like that on the road

In the middle of no where and the owner and fat disgusting lady who answers the phone think they’re going to make money towing old cars and asking off like 5k 🤣 newsflash bozo we didn’t initiate the transaction sell the car and send me to collections I’ll just take it to court and reference Pintos v. Locked my keys in my truck. These guys were there within 20 minutes of hanging up the call. No frills, great service. The lady I talked to on the phone was super nice, as well as Seth, the technician who unlocked my car for me. Hopefully you never need them, but if you do, they have you covered 👍🏾

My car got stuck today out in the middle of nowhere on a canal.The first towing company was unable to locate me so AAA transfered it to Steitz Farren, the owner texted me right away and made sure she had my location and Rick was very professional and was able to get my car unstuck fairly quick .I appreciate this business doing a great job,Thank you Farren and Rick
