This apartment complex doesn’t even deserve a 1 start review. Worse place ever!! They will let the roof fall on top of you and maybe they will come in the do a repair after everything. Worst experience ever, don’t bother renting at this location. Not worth the price they are charging. run the other way if you can and look somewhere else!

The worst place to live, especially the one at 13300 Alexandria Dr. Opa-Locka. The cameras don't work and the administration is a mess. There is no security of any kind.

These apartments are not livable, the owners don't fix what is damaged or repair what's going bad in apartments. Roofing problem is getting worse every day, my apartment has been leaking from the roof in both of my bedrooms, living room,closet,and hallway four over 2years now. The infestation problem is just as bad. I am breathing in MOLD as type. This is not the place anyone should want to live.

Super mala administración, nunca hay parking y se te cae el techo encima, hay muchos aptos vacíos porque nadie quiere vivir en esas condiciones, a mi me quitaron $400 del depósito por no pintar el baño cuando el techo se vino abajo por la misma humedad, cero recomendable
