Dishonest pricing. Sign up for one price and it doubled as soon as agreement was signed. Complained to company and they blamed it on an independent online marketing company. Not only did they refuse to honor original pricing, but they would not let me cancel and are still trying to charge my card for monthly fees even though we have moved out and canceled everything according to their policies. We even moved out and cleaned unit 3 days prior to requested move out date

Lucas and Alex were walking on the front gate when I came in to take a load out of my storage unit. I'm 72 years old I'm 100% disabled veteran I'm having cancer surgery on Tuesday which is only 3 days away. I had a box that I could not move so I offered the two gentlemen some money if they would just help load it into the truck. Not only did they load it but they would not take the money either you are very fortunate to have employees like that they are fine upstanding young men and very respectful and polite I can't say enough about them.

I've been using this storage facility since early 2021, never had issues, it's maintained well and the unit walls are solid unlike other places I have seen. Any questions I had, I always spoke with Lukas, appreciate the help and keep up the good work.

Beware of pricing deals. Was looking for a local storage option that wasn’t a chain - this place offered a great deal on the size we needed but after signing up, found out it was a promo price and actual price would be almost double after 1st month. Nowhere in the web info did it disclose it was a promotional price or temporary. Very disappointing experience.

THE AMOUNT OF GARBAGE DOWN THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOUR PROPERTY OUT FRONT AND OUT BACK IS JUST GROSS AND SHOWS A LACK OF CARE FOR THE PROPERTY, THE BUSINESS , YOUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR PLANET!!!

I WOULD BE DOWNRIGHT EMBARRASSED TO HAVE MY BUSINESS LOOK LIKE THIS.

I have had a unit with State Storage for a couple of years. I needed a place close by to store random items but also a lot of my dad's things when he passed. They were so helpful front the very first call to get my unit and anytime I've needed assistance or anything at all with my unit. The unit and the roads have always been clean and clear. I have never had any bad experience there... Only good. Great location and great staff.

Awesome experience. Lucas in particular was especially helpful but the entire team was very supportive throughout the rental process as well as move out. Couldn't be more convenient. Didn't have to meet anyone in person you just give them a call and they can set everything up remotely. Love the text to enter feature. Saved my husband and I a lot of time. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Convenient and easy to rent storage. Was able to reserve and make payments online and call to talk to a person when needed. It's always clean and has code locking gate for safety. Would recommend.
