Wednesday February 6th 2025 around noon I had a very unpleasant experience that will make me avoid this store at all costs.
I entered the store and went to the back of the store for the gun display area To look for primers and birds shut low base shotgun shills My experience of the young man in that area was pleasant I asked him where I could pick up an order I had made he instructed me to go to the front of the store if the front of the store I asked a young lady blonde in Low 20s And asked her if I could pick up my order there she questioned whether I had asked for the order at the gun counter I said yes that they had instructed me to the front of the store she displayed an attitude as if it were burdensome to her. next thing she brings out is half of the order of eight boxes of primers and asked me to sign on her phone for the receipt of the merchandise I questioned her about the other four boxes of primer that were not in the bag She insisted I sign her phone first Before she brought the other bag out. I asked why I was signing for two different orders I had only made one order on the Internet she could not give me an answer for that I asked for the manager. the blonde girl had walked to the back to get the manager the manager an older woman in her 50s dark hair immediately showed a poor attitude towards me And asked was a problem was. I asked her the manager why I was signing for only half of my order and why was I signing on a phone she begrudgingly Sent to the order Was split into half the order coming from another store I therefore need to sign two different invoices(so I assume) on their phone. I received no receipt or paperwork And I still do not know what I signed on their phone I was giving no copies. Will go out of my way to not do business with this store again. I can get far better service from any other stores.

Drove out to pick up a firearm I had purchased online. Waited in line only to be told that their policy was not to start the paperwork after 7:00pm. I looked down at my watch and pointed out that it was 6:50pm. The salesperson said they would go ask a manager. They soon came back and informed me that the manager said that they were understaffed and wouldn't begin the paperwork. I understand having a policy and expecting customers to follow it, but the reverse also needs to be true, if the store has a policy, the store should follow it.

Worst customer experience I have had in a while. The sales man butchered my paper work initially which took long to get right only to find out when I went to pick up my gun it still was wrong. On top of that when I arrived to get my gun they didn’t summon more help to the gun counter from the back room where there was at least 2 other people. Then when it was my turn to be helped they took someone else at the same time and that guy got better service. It was all terrible.

This store has been my to go to for quite some time now. I purchased my PSE bow and had them adjust it for me. They were extremely helpful and very insightful.

Just today I was going through the fishing aisle and one of the workers helped me with each of my questions and provided such good feedback on all the fishing questions I had.

I could be lucky but everything I go in they are super nice and I've worked with experts each time.

I will say the folks working the gun counter can be very short though.

This has been my go-to store for a long time, however, three times, now, I have been given gift cards and three times retrieving them has been a fiasco. The people in the store are a s nice and helpful as anyone can be, but the online shopping and particularly gift card shopping is an extremely negative, useless experience. There is nothing in this store that cannot be purchased on Amazon or Gun Broker.
