When my son was in high school playing for a Pennsylvania 6A high school, his team practiced at an indoor facility that had a Spinball pitching machine. He hit .417 that year (just 2 points lower than a kid drafted in the first round by the Colorado Rockies). Today, he plays for Grove City College (which has a Spinball machine) and he hitting .392 after 15 games. My son says that the # 1 reason for his hitting numbers is because they hit off a Spinball machine. By hitting off the machine, he has learned how to time his technique and movement to hit 90 miles an hour ++. And, today, I am also writing because the CUSTOMER SERVICE we received when we needed to fix our machine at Grove City College was UNSURPASSED. Within 24 hours, we had a diagnosis and a solution sent to us ! In this day and age, where do you find that kind of customer service ! I want to thank Steven and Sam for helping us ensure that the team was not without a machine for more than a few days. OUTSTANDING !! Just can't recommend this company highly enough ! Scott Minnich

Sam and the crew at Spinball have been great. I needed some parts for my machine and they were on it. Great customer service should be applauded. Thanks for your help! If you need a great machine, here is the choice.

These machines do not last, they are absolutely horrible and the company does nothing to try and resolve the electrical issues that occur. You will have these for three months, the electric box will mess up, and they will do nothing to help fix it. Do yourselves a favor, learn from our mistakes… buy a Hack Attack… it’s cheaper and better quality…
