My delivery date was supposed to be 03/14/2024 and today is 03/15/2024 so I called with tracking number and the person said it won't be here till 03/18/2024 and that's unexpectable I paid a lot for shipping to get the part on time and all they say is sorry it won't be here till the 18th and I have people already paid to install the part tomorrow so this is not the first time spee-dee has done this to me the shipper is the one who picked spee-dee I will never buy another package I'd they are the shippers I called them again and they said it will be here between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm I'd bet they are lying I'm so passed. Sorry for such a negative response but this shipper has cost me $500 in trusting them . Never again and the part was scanned in 2 days ago o lying 50 miles from me WOW .

The last 2 times I have had packages to be delivered by this company, they have been delivered to the wrong house. Thank God, it has been my neighbor and she's honest. Kicker is, my address is on the package itself.

Never interacted with drivers so can't speak for their personal interaction skills. BUT, we have had a great experience with getting our items fast. And that is very important sometimes. Our driver actually remembers our particular delivery instructions. Was impressed so that's why this great review.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I've had 2 shipments out for delivery that never arrived. Checked my tracking number only to find that the packages were back at the shipping facility. RIDICULOUS!!

Absolute worst delivery service ever. They try and deliver to businesses after hours. How convenient. Still fking waiting on a package that they've attempted to deliver after hours for a week now.

March 7,2018 your driver in truck 2407 just made a delivery to my home knocked on the door by the time I gotten to the door he was in his truck I had to yell and ask was up he responded was up with what I say do ineed to sign for anything he said no that's all I do an drove off. My opinion of the customer service is PISS POOR PITIFUL won't be using this service again

Left package on deck in full view of the road in the rain. No door knock so it sat out there until I happened to glance out the window. Will complain to vendor also
