I am in my 5th year with Spectra360. This company has good culture and I work with ambitious people. I know they have my back if and when I need it. Plus, the Burlingame branch is located in a prime scenic area. No complaints so far.

This agency SPECTRA360 lacks interest in helping ppl once they come onboard I'm one of them ! I've called and left a few messages either with a person or on the vm machine and JOSIE the woman that I did all my paper work with has not to this day responded . I stopped calling after about 5 different attempts to get a hold of Josie . Josie seemed nice in person but once you know a person is just ignoring you , one tends to just get the hint so I stopped trying . It seemed to me that once they get you as a new hire to the agency ( SPECTRA,360 ) they seem to want to get rid of you quick by getting you a interview so once that happens they don't care anymore because they have other hires to go thru . I was told that was their routine and to me it seemed like a really POOR not so PROFFESSIONAL way to help anyone to get hired thru ( SPECTRA360 ) who claims to be a hiring temp agency , an agency that DOESN'T truelly care . If I could give this place ZERO stars I would . They don't deserve 1 star !!!

Very friendly they sent me to a job. I didn't like the manager. Asked if they had another oportunity. Before I got off my shift I had another interview and I was at my new job in less then three days. Very helpful.
