We're in a heat wave and my water was not delivered. I got a little one that's sick who needs to stay hydrated. I didn't even get a call. I did receive a message that my water was here. I have screenshots of the messages. While the customer service rep was nice and calm, I still don't have water for the weekend. I have arthritis and it makes it difficult to get it myself that's why I spend so much on the delivery service.

STILL NO WATER AND ALL EMAILING DID WAS CONFIRM I HAD A DELIVERY. I ALREADY KNEW THAT!!! ITS 4 DAYS WITHOUT WATER BUT YOU STILL CHARGED THAT SUBSCRIPTION YESTERDAY.

Membership canceled. Must not make an impact, because no resolution was ever made.

The people that work for the company are great but the company itself is terrible. Since it changed to sparkletts water I get nothing but billing discrepancy after billing discrepancy.
