This company needs to have LOCAL service, not a local number that places you on a 20 minute ignore. I remember when water delivery was a local company that you could call and have responsive service, not call the local number and then hope and pray that someone somewhere might answer your call and hopefully get a representative to make a delivery. The ignore message says they want to "deliver outstanding service" but they FAIL dramatically with their leave the the customer Out Standing on ignore for 20 minutes...

3 emails and a 40+ minute hold later not only has my issue not been fixed... it hasn't even been acknowledged. A month ago I added something to my service and it never arrived. I had to seek out the delivery guy for information. Same guy has asked 4 people from 2 accounts to carry the stuff for him and when he broke my girlfriend's new despinser he asked her to just keep it instead of having it replaced. The message while on wait is infuriating since I keep having to hear about their amazing customer service.... im not sure people even work here. Not happy and greatly considering canceling... i have other options.
