Absolutely DO NOT RENT FROM THESE FRAUDS!!!!

Owner was also suppose to be contacting me and never did. Now 2 weeks later still no refund of a unit that was never used and let me add he is stating the gate being smaller was the only issue which is false!! Not only was the opening not advertised it was only 3 ft wide (kinda important to know if you’re loosing 2 ft of width) there is also metal running up the floor making it to where the concrete slab doesn’t even extend all entire 5 ft you supposedly have! I was also to receive a refund which hasn’t happened! Will be filing a claim with the BBB! For the other reviews this person needs out of the business! Also need to add that all the locks are rusting. Property not taken care of and the 2 week wait to respond in the Google review is ridiculous!!

I absolutely have no idea how this place is so well reviewed. Security is an issue since the facility access gates malfunction frequently and are often stuck in an open position leaving the property open for anyone to access. The climate controlled storage also removed coded access. To access climate controlled storage you need to walk around the building to find an unlocked door, but if you're lucky enough you can find one wide open exposing all your climate sensitive stuff exposed to the elements.

The place charges too much for what it doesn't deliver. Look elsewhere if you need a secure or climate controlled storage facility.

I signed up/paid for a storage unit today and received my gate code. After driving out to the storage location I couldn’t enter the facility because the code was invalid. I had a truckload of items that I was unable to unload and there wasn’t an AfterHours representative to help with the issue.

sparebox storage sucks, after I moved all my belongings in there, it was broken into, and nothing was done, tried calling the manager but all I got was a person telling me that they would have the manager call me and email me but never did, I even requested to see video footage to see who stole from me, but they made up an excuse saying it would be hard to get and email it to me, so if you want your stuff stolen, go use spare box storage, they DONT CARE and WONT do anything about it or WONT help you out with anything

I had a vehicle stored there. About 3 months later it was broke into, vandalized and everything stolen that could be. Video wasn't very clear or helpful for the detective. A couple weeks later the detective called and said he was back at SpareBox Storage on another break in. Holy cow! He asked more questions about my missing stuff. Long story short, these "off the beaten path" UNATTENDED storage facilities are super easy pickins' for criminals. I certainly will never use one again.
