OK, I set up a time for it to show up at 10 AM the next day. I asked the girl if I could have help to hustle the product and. So the next day came no product I called the office. Nobody answered had to call corporate. They said they would call the office. I never got a call back to let me know what was going on so the following day the product shows up 30 minutes late, but that’s OK. It is what it is. I asked the gentleman if you can help me hustle it in Because I told him the day before said it was fine to do so if it’s not on the paperwork which now I know it is not going to be done so drop the pallets and I hustled in almost 2000 pounds by myself so yeah I’m a little pissed off I’m not very happy with you folks

The drivers are crackheads. hey routinely speed up and down airport way without realizing they are given no special authority because they are in a large vehicle. I also called the Troopers to let them know that a Span Alaska driver was driving recklessly. If they cannot drive appropriate for conditions sharing a road with other commuters, maybe they deserve to have the commercial license taken away?

Very bad shipping company to use. I have used them twice and the second time cost me $300. When I picked up my boxes which are about 4’ tall the guy pushed them across the floor from one end of the shop to the other instead of putting them on a dolly or forklift like they should have been, what kind of moving company does this Not only did I have to repurchase my items I had to pay to have them re shipped. Do not use this company it will only cost you extra money!!

I use Span exclusivly for all my shipping needs for three different companies. Have had the lowest damaged goods with them over several other shippers in town and I ship a lot of glass so damage is a norm. Give Mary a call there and see how fast and friendly you will get taken care of.
