First of all we want to say thank you to Gail for doing such an awesome job with our out of state move. Second, if anyone out there is looking for a moving company for an out of state move or for whatever your needs may be we recommend calling Gail first to see if he can help you. We have had bad experiences with other moving companies in the past for both local and out of state moves and we were really concerned about this big move from Nevada to WA state but Gail and his team went above and beyond our expectations. They got everything here safe and sound, on time and not a single thing damaged or broken. The company is located in St George, Utah but he had no problem coming to Nevada to do the move for us. We were grateful and so amazed at the way the whole move was handled. Forget the big moving companies, this is a family operated business, give Gail a call before you even waste your time or your money. He is honest, he is fair and good hearted. He will go out of his way to help you if he can, which he did for us. Moving is stressful enough, Southwest Moving and Relocation was by far the best experience we have ever had with a moving company, so just call them first!

Southwest Moving got me moved quickly and efficiently and for the best price. All personnel were courteous and friendly and worked quickly to minimize the time involved. I prepared most items to be moved using recommended practices (available online or ask Gail) and they got everything loaded moved and unloaded with no breakage. Very satisfied with the move and the cost. It all worked out very well!

I chose these guys based on good reviews posted by others. I was looking for the people who moved me before, but they seemed to have disappeared, so I had to take my chances.

Gail and his crew were fantastic! I moved from St. George to Henderson, with one quick stop to drop off my antique reed organ for safe keeping with my cousin.* They showed up on time, treated my belongings as if they were their own, and were friendly and professional the whole way through. And FAST!

I had packed everything myself and put color tags on them for what would be stored and what should be accessible, and they followed instructions really well. Very customer service oriented, even when you're moving to the second floor! I highly recommend them.

Tip your movers!

*It turned out the mover Gabe went to school with my cousin's son, Tyler. Spotted his picture on a bulletin board at the house. Too funny! Later asked Tyler if he remembered Gabe, and he said he remembered him fondly, and he was a really good guitarist.

Thank you, Gail and team, for your excellent work in moving us these last several times over the last five years - from Bend Or. to storage in St George, Ut, from there to our completed new house in St George, and finally from there to our final-final new home (!) in Summerlin (Las Vegas). In every case you were on time, careful with both packing and unpacking, very respectful and met both your time and financial commitments. We have recommended you to several of our friends already and believe they were equally satisfied. Thanks again!

Worst service ever! My 86 year old parents used Gail Cloud's service to move them from Overton, NV to Price, UT. From the get go appointments were missed, but they kept trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt. After finally getting a walk through, they were given a price. Two days later than the agreed move date a crew finally showed up, but the time it would take and the moving truck size were grossly underestimated. Gail continued to make unkept promises, and to this date has yet to deliver the remaining boxes to Price. Unfortunately my mom paid for the service upfront and all was in good faith on her part. The story just kept getting worse for them. Some boxes only had one thing in them, while wardrobes were full of items just thrown into them, and much too heavy for them to move. She has no idea where the last load is, the one Gail promissed would be delivered before she closed on the sale of her house; a shed with all her Christmas/holiday treasures.
It's hard to believe there are any REAL satisfied customers from this company. Shameful!

If I could give Gail 10 stars, I would.

Gail was recommended to me by a friend of mine who used him twice. He raved about Gail's professionalism, punctuality, friendliness and value.

The minute I contacted Gail, he responded immediately to my many questions. He responded to my many confirmations and moving during a "pandemic" was tricky especially coming from California. I'm not the type that trusts easily but by Gail's actions from his email to being on time, I came to trust Gail.

Gail was fast, careful, professional and courteous. It's not an easy job to be a cross-country mover, but Gail did it with grace.

I highly recommend Gail to take good care of your items on your cross-country move/relocation.

The driver and crew that loaded in us in Utah were awesome, quick, professional, had high hopes. The owner Gail told me on Friday when they picked up, he had one more house to pick up and would deliver us “hopefully Saturday, definitely Sunday” (following week) we agreed, but reminded him Sunday was a must as we had to check out of Airbnb Monday. “No problem” he assures me. Saturday no call, no show. Sunday he calls back to say driver delayed for weather, would be there Monday morning”for sure” again, no show, now “might be” late Mon or Tuesday. We had to pay another $280 for accommodations, they showed up at 2pm Tuesday with only one person to offload entire load, Hubby had to help driver, finally done at 9pm. Then we find out Gail kept the driver in Las Vegas until Saturday, before he let him leave for Tennessee, so the whole thing was lie after lie after lie. So the 2 stars is for the crew, ZERO stars for the Owner.

Beginning to end Gail and his team worked together to provide a successful moving experience. The professionalism and attitudes lifted the huge weight of moving off of two seniors. Moving is a challenge for anyone and I can assure you it doesn't get easier as we age.
Two thumbs up for these folks for our move and we highly recommend them for your move.
