You won't find a better storage facility! Excellent and professional staff, great security, and a good variety of unit sizes. We were so lucky to find them. We have definitely had bad experiences at other storage places, and this facility has NONE of those problems. Love that they use auto-pay to make things easy. I have been with them for years, and I won't leave until I move out of the area.

UPDATE - June 2024:
Well, it happened. I had to move out of the area. After 4 years at this awesome storage facility, it was time to move out of the state. I'm so sad to leave. All of the office personnel are fantastic and the on-site security is such an excellent peace of mind. They made my move-out SO easy. I had storage PODS coming in to load my stuff into, and the staff coordinated with me effortlessly. Shout-out to Grey in the office and Tony on the grounds. They reduced my stress levels during a move like no team I've ever worked with. If you need storage - GO HERE. Your stuff will be safe and their rates and access hours are reasonable and convenient. They have a climate-controlled building available and interior access as well as exterior access units of all different sizes.

Amazing facility run by extremely professional and kind people. Storage units are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I kept my things in here for ~6 months and didn’t have a single layer of dust on my belongings that I kept in one of the interior units. The manager/owner even helped me jump my car when the battery died. While this place may not be as inexpensive as other options, I think it is 100% worth the extra cost. Highly recommend.

I needed storage that was close to home and affordable. South Bay Storage checked all the boxes! Very clean, no damage to my items and management very friendly and helpful. Family members have rented from SB Storage twice before and been very satisfied so I felt confident renting from them. The facility is clean and secure and the staff is very good. Office staff Ashley and Gray were friendly and efficient.

Excellent facility! Very secure system for controlling access to the facility and to the elevators. I was also very impressed with the locking system of the gate itself.

I got the best deal I could find in LA and I was given a special %50 off first 2 months deal.

It’s an excellent place to store your stuff and it’s especially useful for long term storage.

The ladies in the office are outstanding when it comes to the customer service they seem to always remember mine & other customers by first name and storage unit number. Even if I'm just walking in to pay a bill or calling over the phone. These ladies are very experienced and versed at what they do. They all have been at this location for many years. I've never been treated unfairly. They even don't mind that I really access all of the amenities and services that they offer like photo copying and the use of the computer in the business office room. They are even reasonable when I keep communication with them about an expected delay of payment.
All four of these employees are outstanding individuals with Great Customer service.
OH and the OWNER is also just half as Nice. But hopefully if he reads this wonderful review, he would contemplate giving these great ladies a RAISE or even a NICE BONUS !!!

I moved in June of 2018 and had to down size from a 4200sq ft house to 1900sq ft house so I had to store half of my belongings. I looked around for the right storage facility a month before I moved and I chose South Bay Storage because of how secure the facility is and the cleanliness of the grounds. The prices for the different size spaces are very reasonable...better than I expected!

Varun is fantastic in every way! He was very helpful and patient with me while considered what storage space would work for me. Needless to say...he did not have a drive up space available at the time but promised that as soon as one becomes available he would call! Sure enough, one of the lovely and very friendly sales agents called about three months later and I was able to move to a much bigger space.

The facility is exceptionally clean, well kept and well maintained. Tony, the maintenance supervisor, is always on hand to assist you if needed. He’s great too! There are no rodents and that is a plus!

If you are looking for storage in this area...this is the place for you!
