We used them to present some documents to CBP at the LAX airport for a vehicle we were exporting. From the first call, the service was stellar. They were extremely thorough in assessing the scope of work and lived up to everything that was expected of them. Armando and Howard were the two reps that we dealt with and their communication was fantastic. Our driver was delayed by a significant amount of time and they had every reason to get frustrated but did not. They remained poised and professional. Highly, highly recommend.
