had a fantastic experience at the restaurant recently! The pizza was fresh from the oven, and you could really taste the difference—absolutely delicious. It was also my first time trying their wings, and they were surprisingly good! Miguel, one of the staff members, was very kind and brought the food to our table promptly. His friendly demeanor really added to the experience. Mark, who I’ve interacted with before, continues to be the best! I always enjoy talking to him; he makes every visit feel welcoming and pleasant.
We only come here after my son’s pediatric appointments, and it has become a little tradition that we both look forward to. I’m also really excited to meet the owner, as I’ve heard he’s Italian, just like me. This place never disappoints, both in terms of food and service. Highly recommend!

I had an awesome experience at Slice Factory! Miguel went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly made me feel valued as a customer. This would have been zeros stars but the young gentleman Isaac made my entire order the best experience a restaurant can get. He was one of the most patient and kindhearted people i have encountered in customer service in a long time. I wont explain the experience that negatively happened because it was beyond his control but this young man made everything correct and i really appreciate you. My food was correct, hot and fresh and i would definitely order from here again. Isaac you are the definition of a good human being and dont change that ever.

I got the steak burger and wow! It was delicious! The waffle fries were good too! Marc the driver his customer service was phenomenal tonight he got my food delivered 20 minutes ahead of schedule! Great service and great food! Now the fried dough is a nice dessert option and I can reheat it cuz I can’t finish all they give you! Great amount for the price!! Thank you Slice Factory!!! 10/20/21

0 stars becsuse they close their store hours earlier with the open sign still on. Showed up at 2am and they are cleaning and mopping g with locked doors but open sign on 3/29/2025
