We just purchased a mobile home recently and just want to say how great skyline homes has been in accommodating us in every possible way. Their whole team from answering our calls to any work that needed to be adjusted are so polite and professional and seek to get it done promptly. I couldn’t ask for more from them when you are trying to move in and get all set up. The contractors are very knowledgeable too and greatly skilled in all things. Dania works in the office. She isn't even a customer. And the customer service sucks. I've been a CSR for over 15 years. Never have I ever screwed anyone over the way she screwed us. Skyline homes are awesome. But this woman in this office, either needs more help, or needs to put priorities where they are due.

I like my place, and the modern design. But, you have to be prepared for delays upon delivery, multiple small issues needing fixing, door adjustments, touch-ups and other things. The worst part of the experience is the lack of communication between the dealer, installer/repair crews, and Skyline. This caused many delays in getting the initial problems fixed, and I had to spend a lot of time (months) chasing them and waiting for repairs. Could have been so much better.

Horrible quality homes, bought one 2 years ago and every day we find unfinished, poorly done manufacturing work, anywhere from the rugs to the ceiling, cabinets and, chimney and much more. Do not recommend skyline homes.
