Great crew working this morning.

And yet again, I arrived before opening at 8 AM, and they were already open for business. I don’t know what time they unlock the doors, but every time I have been to Six Robblees, they have opened the doors early. That is a great business and customer service centric.

Thank you for your help Kelly. Kelly gave me great advice on where to find what I was looking for. He got me checked out and on my way BEFORE 8am!

Counter people r friendly and knowledgable also sometimes they will price match. Place sure has come a long way from humble beginnings as bicycle wheel shop I do miss the lug nuts they used to carry (standard mag)

Called the store about upgrading my springs on my 5er. No problem they said. Arrived 30 minutes later and picked them up. Very knowledgeable staff and quick response time.

Hands down some of the best customer service ever! Everybody was so friendly and so helpful. I ordered rims at such a great price. I had to work for a couple weeks and they actually held them for me until I was able to get up to the shop and get them. The shop was clean and very well representative of the products they sell. Thank you guys again so much and I will definitely make sure I recommend anybody for your services

Had the parts I needed but customer service was abysmal. I support shopping local and went here because I know they have the best trailer parts and most knowledgeable staff. Walked in with my parts and the counter guy seemed annoyed I was there, was extremely condescending to the point he was shaking his head as he ran my card. Very disappointing experience, glad to get quality parts but not happy to be treated that way.

Bought a dexter axle kit, custom ordered size. Got the parts quickly, however one of the parts was wrong, which caused a axle hub to break. Six robblees replaced the axle hub free of charge and gave me the correct part to finish the install. They were very professional about making sure to take care of a customer. Based on my experience I would recommend this business.

Finally after 10 years, I needed to buy a spare tire carrier for my RV. AMAZON, yep, amazon had a few but the one I thought most sturdy was a RoadMaster .
Matt, at 6 Roblee’s was extremely helpful as he was able to order it for me. I received it today, put it on, and it looks, feels , and performs better than any cheap junk that vied for my decision to buy. My mom used to say “ you get what you pay for”. She is right.

Always a good stop for trailer parts and solid information. They provided me with the parts I needed for my trailer and suggested a supplier for the heavier steel beam needed for the trailer tongue. Everything is still working well after a few trips on rough roads.
