Truly impressed by this service! Was delivering champagne to a friend who’s a guest in a hotel. Initially the hotel declined it so Sipsy emailed me to get further contact details. They contacted my friend and then returned to make the delivery. Hurray and thank you so so much to go the extra distance to ensure a successful delivery.

They were helpful and very fast and friendly! We will be ordering from them again!
We ordered a Maker's Mark bottle, and they included the gift box which has two Maker's glasses!! Such a cool surprise!
The customer service was also amazing, Melody helped me with an out of stock item, and it was very easy!

I was referred by a friend to this business. Unfortunately they are outside of my range in Hollywood but I had ordered while at a friends home in the valley. It was such an incredible experience I already told everyone I know about it. Between the pricing, responsiveness and customer service everything was a 10 out of 10. The best experience I’ve had with any delivery company. Highly highly recommend

First time ordering and very pleased. Easy site to navigate and from which to order. Nice stock of different options. Prices better than or on par with other delivery services I have used. I had a small issue with the packaging on one of my items (manufacturing issue), and they took care of it immediately. I got quick response from chat customer service when I reached out. My delivery person was efficient and nice. Overall very good experience.

I've been using Sipsy for a while now, and they are the BEST! Having used other alcohol delivery services before, I can tell you Sipsy is the best value and customer service. Delivery is free and they don't ramp up the item prices to compensate. Any rare delivery issues have had immediate response and resolution. Wish they had a mobile app, but they say they are developing that. Skip that DUI and call Sipsy!! Cheers
