Every time I go in, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, helping me find the products that I need. It's nice to be able to see the product in person compared to Webstaurant, Amazon, etc.

The good: If you go into the building in person they have a great selection, good prices and kitchen items you won't see anywhere else. In-person customer service is good. When I worked in the restaurant business we ordered from them regularly.

The bad: As a private citizen, rather than a restaurant account, I have not been able to get them to respond if I leave a voicemail or email. On 3 occasions I reached out for a specific item and just never got a reply. The first two times I went in to the store and got an answer (I used to work nearby). Three weeks ago I reached out to see if I could get a specific size of wire shelf they carry and got no response. I didn't have time to go to the store in person and I ended up ordering from an online competitor.

Edit 07/23/23: After owner's response, since I can't reply to the response. On the "Singer Kittridge - Williston VT" website that is linked to the Google Maps pin I used the "Ask a Question" button which brings me to the "Start a Project" email form. I filled out this form with the same name I used for the review. I also called the number ending in 1700 on that page and left a voicemail.

I used to love going there for my kitchen tools. Ever since they stopped being opened on Saturdays, I just can't get there any more. I have to get my stuff at other locations.

Really disappointed with the attention to service. I called in multiple times throughout the morning (from opening time to about one) to see if they had the product I was looking for. No one ever answered the phone or returned my voicemail. Decided to drive the hour because I really needed 16 ounce ice cream containers. When I pull into the parking lot they have a big sign saying that they aren’t taking credit cards. It’s really frustrating to have to drive all that way when you tried to get in communication with the business all morning to avoid this exact situation. I think that this business needs to be more attentive to phone calls. In addition they don’t have 16 ounce ice cream pints available.

Walked in and the four people sitting behind the desk could not be bothered to even say hello.....after walking around in the cluttered "showroom"......I finally had to ask for help. I was told that they would have a quote for me the next day.....4 days later I had to call back to the classic line "oh I am working on that now". We spent our $3500 00 at Green Mountain restaurant Supply. I will never set foot in Kittredge again.
