I hate giving a review prior to trying good but I’m a little frustrated. As stated I haven’t tried food but I do currently have an order pending. I will adjust rating depending on food.

However, the reason for the 3 stars is due to the website and communication. The website doesn’t clearly state that orders are two weeks out and I ordered the Friday prior to the order delivery date Monday (or I thought). I received zero communication that my order would be two weeks out as they only cook and deliver every other week. I had to call to find out I had to wait an entire week and half for my order. No email confirmations and delivery date confirmation emails..

Additionally for them to only deliver and cook every two weeks the menu is very limited. Not even enough selection to have two weeks worth of meals. You would be eating the same thing three times.

Ultimately, I will adjust the review once i try the food and receive my delivery. But I felt like a review was needed now due to the inconvenience and for me to be out $80+ for an entire week (which was my budget for food this week).

We came to Rogers for a family vacation and they were super easy to work with on short notice. Everyone raved about both delicious meals and the portion sizes and reheating instructions were perfect! Thanks for helping to make our vacation all the more delicious and relaxing!

Wow! I would give his meal preparation & delivery service 10 stars if I could! As I had knee surgery last week & need help, I decided to try Simply Done NWA. They have literally saved my life by allowing me to rest & recover. We received our delivery Monday afternoon & have so far had two of the delectable meals. Their food is exceptionally-chosen & -prepared; it is flavorful & savory, in addition to being healthy! One of our 4 dinner meals was delivered with a scrumptious mixed-lettuce salad, complete with cucumber, shredded cheese & a delicious dressing, so we get that fresh salad we crave. The other 3 dinner meals round-off well with ample vegetables. Both my husband & I are looking forward to every mouth-watering meal with great anticipation! Really helps you get through the day/week. I would think that anyone working, especially with children, would find this a lifesaver. The meals are extremely appealing & tasty to both adults & children, not an easy feat! The portions are ample. The meals are extremely easy to heat; as they arrive already cooked, you can just pop them into the oven (best way to prepare) & go on about your early evening activities, which makes it a huge timesaver, allows you to spend more time with your family & start the relaxing portion of your evening sooner. As a Type 1 Diabetic, I especially appreciate that they are offering such well-balanced, nutritious meals. I'm also a very budget-conscious person, & find that the food/service we have gotten is a "true buy"; I am happy that I used their service to help me during this difficult time. I whole-heartedly recommend Simply Done NWA!

Simply Done was a pleasure to work with. I live in Hawaii and wanted to send home cooked meals to my Dad. The four meals were tasty and ample in portion size, and they offered a good variety. There was a little confusion on heating instructions but it all worked out.

Wendi and the team at Simply Done NWA are amazing! Meals are fresh and tasty. I love how we can select different dishes every week in the quantities we need. If there’s ever any issue (which there have hardly been any), Wendi and team are so quick to take care of us. I would recommend Simply Done to anyone!

I love the tasty & healthy meals I get from Simply Done. The variety is amazing too. I can have a variety of different foods & not have to have the same thing over & over.
I really like that they have lunch & dinner options. I work some crazy hours & I can get home & have a meal prepared by Wendi & Anthony & feel like I’ve spent hours in the kitchen to get a delicious meal. Please keep serving up yummy foods!!!

If you aren't ordering weekly meals from them, you don't know what you are missing! My family has ordered countless meals that we LOVE. Let them do the shopping, prepping and delivery while you bake/warm up and look like a pro to your crew! Reasonable prices and healthy options 🙂

I have enjoyed every meal I have received. I disagree with the individual who posted that they use inferior ingredients in their meals. I also disagree with the comment the same person made that they should not cook the side vegetables? That is part of the convenience! Just reheat. I am a VERY picky eater. Simply Done deserves my 5 Star rating!!
