Where to begin with these guys? With lack of common sense off some of their employees or unresponsiveness of their vice president of operations to my requests? Anyway, we booked a load with them going to New Hampshire and our driver got sick and was not able to drive first day, we communicated everything with them and they moved our delivery appointment for next day. The following day 50 miles from the delivery our truck’s engine died making a big hole in the engine block. So you can imagine we can’t move the truck. It’s physically not possible and their employee ( Madeline Brianey - Hedges) keeps calling us yelling and screaming with a lot of profanities that we should use trailer interchange - when I told her how are we going to use that and allow somebody to take our trailer When we can’t move the truck - the tow truck is still not there at 6 AM in rural area in New Hampshire and her response was “well some carriers do that”.🤣🤣🤣 Yes they do that when there’s no power unit attached to the trailer but in this situation, we gotta wait for the tow truck. They moved the appointment for next day 7 AM. I paid $1600 for the towing company to deliver. Their load load was delivered, and everything was timely communicated. They charged us $900 as. rescheduling fee. Nothing of that sort in the carrier broker agreement or on the rate confirmation. I would understand if we didn’t call them and give them any updates. I would understand if they would charge us down but we good communication. I’m not accepting that. I know this is a personal vendetta off Madeline Brianey - Hedges. I’ll get my money back. Don’t work with these crooks. There’s a lot of good honest broker companies out there.

These people decided it was cool to book a 1200 mile run to Atlanta to Boston, with only 37 hours to complete a 44 hour run, then charge a late fee because it wasn’t possible. I won’t work with them again. I should give their clients name to TQL, maybe they can manage it better for them.

I delete the review if I find out if the late charge was applied or not. Late charges are fine if the issue was a lazy driver, but not when you don’t allow time for the load. That load was a set up.
