Fantastic, friendly service! The guy that runs this always remembers my name and makes me feel like a live in a quaint, small town. He’s always been kind, patient and incredibly helpful. We’re so thankful to have not only a competent, trustworthy individual to support our needs, but someone who goes out of their way to help. Even made sure our last minute change-the-date wedding info (that’s on you Covid) got out ASAP to those attending. We won’t go anywhere else for our shipping and notary needs (we’ve used both services). Someone else mentioned Simon Global Services as a gem of the neighborhood and I couldn’t agree more! Can I give a 6th star?

A gem of the neighborhood. Always quick, helpful, and kind. I have used them for many things. When I just need to drop a pre-packed UPS or FedEx item, he always offers a receipt. When booking notary services, we walked in not realizing we needed an appointment, and he kindly offered one same-day. When we returned, everything was quick and professional and completed right at the scheduled time. When I've needed shipping services, he's happy to outline the available rates and times so I can choose the most economical option that gets the item there when I need it delivered. He can multi-task, greeting customers as they arrive and taking quick drop-offs while others fill out their paperwork. Highly recommend Simon Global Services!

I had made an appointment to get some documents notarized and unfortunately due to the bad weather the store closed early so I wasn't able to get in. But, the next day I called and I was told I could come in at 7:45pm (they close at 8pm) and informed them of the missed appointment yesterday and was told I could come in immediately and they would work me in, which was very kind! I came in around 7:40pm and I was greeted by two very sweet dogs, which is a huge perk. The gentleman was very kind and professional and apologized for the missed appointment. He even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I really appreciate the great service and the dogs and the discount totally made up for everything 🙂 Thanks for all you do!

This is the kind of business every city dweller dreams about - and the kind that has me traveling through three neighborhoods just to do business here.

The city can be grinding and odious, impersonal and hostile. When i walk into this business I truly feel at home; the precious puppies, expedient service, and smiling greetings put me at ease and whatever boring errand I came to accomplish suddenly seems pleasant because of the family-owned atmosphere and prompt help.

I’m moving to the suburbs soon and will probably still keep coming back - traveling over 16 miles!

Unfortunately ended up here again for a late notary service after my $5 chick on Peterson was closed.

Dude claimed to be able to print out the form I needed (at NO CHARGE), but misunderstood me, and then proceeded to charge me $25 (TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS) for drafting and printing a simple power of attny form I could’ve made and printed at home. Justified the expense as his original claim was “apples to oranges” yada yada.

Dude supports the US criminal tax farming of our cash to UKRAINE (like you need a bigger red flag, imo).

Go to Angels Tax Services on Peterson if you need a notary. I bet she’d print you Out whatever you needed for a lot less than $25.

Made an appointment here for notarization for an elderly family member. After picking up family member across town and arriving at the location in question, the apparently unqualified employee refused to notarize the legal document because the info within was updated (per the document's instructions). His only job was to verify the signatory identity, but he decided to play lawyer instead. Since I'm an attorney, I am left questioning his credentials altogether. Next time, we'll go to a bank.

Notwithstanding the merchant's response below, it can only be further emphasized that the employee made assumptions about the purported document, decided it was illegible because he couldn't read it, and otherwise assumed that the parts required to be filled in, should not have been. Additionally, sections of the document were signed because they were required to be signed and NOT notarized. The employee is actually passing judgment on the document itself, especially as to sections of it that did not concern him. At least potential customers now know the business uses its security cameras to invade and record customers' documents and the contents therein.

WAS Very RUDE, Agitated and Used his semi Leverage of small authority (because I really Needed some Important paperwork Notarized) and to be Signed and Turned in Saturday Evening. I Was SO Upset with him. I had To Stay Calm...just to appease him he was Very Upsetting. After Seeing Other Reviews About him... Ik it WASN'T just ME.

His Attitude and Entire Demeanor is VERY Pompous and Catty. How Is This Business. ..still in BUSINESS Is Beyond Me!!! This World is SO Wicked, because of specific people similar to him.
