Joe and Cheri are awesome. We’ve loaded from them and near them they’ve always been there to help us as owner operators we really appreciate them. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience we had with the Silicon Valley Moving & Storage team. The entire process was seamless, smooth, and efficient. Cheri was incredibly thorough and transparent when she walked our home and provided a quote. In addition, she remained incredibly attentive and communicative throughout the entire process.

Sergio, Angel, and Carlos did our packing and our moving. They were conscientious, professional, and delightful. They made everything as smooth as possible and ensured every day we knew what was happening, what was next and if there was anything they could do to help more. At the end of all of this, nothing was broken, nothing was missing, and they took good care of the house to ensure no issues there either.

Excellent service! They packed and shipped my household items a few years ago. Why am I giving this review now? Since then I moved a few more times and I never opened some of the boxes they packed. I recently opened them along with another relocation company's boxes. Silicon Valley guys packed everything meticulously. Every individual item was properly wrapped/cushioned etc. Not a small scratch on anything and they survived multiple moves!

Wow!! What a great move! Flawless! Sergio, Ismael and Gabe were fantastic. They were fast, friendly, fun and professional. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was put where we wanted it. They put felt pads on all the furniture so the bamboo floors didn't get a single scratch. Highly recommend!! Cheri and Joey were great as well! Excellent customer service all the way around.
