Highly recommend! Booking our trailhead shuttle was last on my list. Despite the short notice, Robert made time for us to get to South Lake. After reserving, he even called back asking how we were getting to Bishop and offering to drive us from the airport to town since he was already dropping off a client. He was reliable, on time (early), and helpful about the area. Super great service to have for out of town backpackers! Thank you!

We chose Sierra Shuttle Service for round trip transportation from mammoth airport to the inn at main lodge because Robert quoted us for half the cost of the other local car services. He was super professional and also so personable! We had the best experience and will definitely be reaching out next time we are headed to Mammoth! Robert was absolutely exceptional! We needed a lift from mammoth lodge area to Agnew meadows. Robert helped us by telling us where we could park and reminding us not leave any food in the car. He was clear and thorough. He chatted with us about our trip all the way up. We felt safe and when we were dropped off at Agnew he double checked the entire car to make sure we had all of our belongings. I would highly highly recommend him. Also his price was the same he quoted me over the phone, very reasonable. Thanks Robert, we will be sure to call you next time we need a lift in the Sierras!

The entire experience with Sierra Shuttle Service was fantastic. Robert was responsive when setting up the shuttles, he answered questions and made suggestions to our logistics, he was on time to pick us up at the trailhead, and when we needed a last minute shuttle due to a change in our itinerary, he again responded immediately and was on time. My friend and I were backpacking on the John Muir Trail and had left our car at the end of our trail. We ended up having to turn around due to weather complications, and had to find a way to get from Mammoth to the Reds Meadow Resort. Within a half hour of calling, Robert showed up and brought us to our destination. His price was very affordable (half of what the other services wanted to charge), and he took us straight to our car with no issues at all. He was very kind and friendly, and we will certainly call him again on our next trip in this beautiful area.
