This is by far the best place for all your shipping needs. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, and always willing to help pack whatever you're sending so it arrives safely. They also have pickup available from all major shipping services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS) so you can ship via the most cost effective means. This is the only place I go.

As a vanlifer based out of Salt Lake City, I have a PO Box at this place. I had looked into a variety of options for a PO Box, including USPS, FedEx, Postal1, etc. I chose this place because it's near my work, I can receive packages from any shipper, I can pick-up in person, and I didn't really love the idea of someone opening and scanning my mail. I'm in SLC every week or two. If SLC is your home base, I would highly recommend this business.

Used this place to pick up a Uhaul due to convenient location. There was only 1 guy working both times my bf and I went (to pick up and then 2 days later to drop off). He was nice and even helped us drop off the Uhaul right after he closed. He also helped us change the reservation time when we went to pick up so we could do it a little earlier. I've never rented one before and he made the process easy.

Paul is absolutely amazing. I prefer going here than to a FedEx or UPS store. He is knowledgeable and helpful - a man that represents what the American blue collar small business used to be and ought to return to. This is the best place as an individual and/or entrepreneur to do your shipping business.

Guy working the front just seemed to put up with me, I don't blame him the climate is tense right now, it just would have been nice to not feel like he wanted me out the door, I never really send packages anymore so I had a few questions which seemed to have started the annoyance, despite that he did answer them and the interaction wasnt Terrible by any means. It's the closest place to where I work so when I send another package I'd go back here it's convient and less expensive than the post office.
