The absolute best service that we’ve ever had in a shipping place. We’ve used them for 3 years in a row and plan to use them every year for a conference we come to in Chicago. So grateful for these guys! They're super helpful and kind. Finally a pleasant post office experience in the USA. Ever since I've arrived in Chicago, every post office experience at the USPS was marked by customer "service" people yelling and screaming at other people and me. I was literally scared of them lol and a visit to the USPS might ruin my day. So glad I found this office, will come back often in the future! 🙂

The woman who owns this business is super super super nice and patient. I came in to get a something packaged up from the Italian market next door and other stuff. I would have had her ship it out but I needed to use brown which she does not have as an option. She directed me to walk east down the block to the brown store. Her boxing and packaging prices seem to be more economical than the brown stores and Fdx Office. I would support her business again if I happen to be back in Chicago. Personally I prefer to patronize small business owners.
