THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!
I send a luggage to them by FedEx, it’s been delivered almost a month ago. I called every danm day no one picks up. Can’t even get a confirmation their have. Their App is useless!!! They are a joke. This is my first and last time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else.
Zero star is my actual rate.

You are the Worst company i ever use. You hold my package for 5 months, while you was supposed to deliver it to Jacmel. And if i didn't take it myself you would still have it. If you can't offer a service don't say you can. If i could put 0 star. I would. I'm even trying to delete my account with you and you keep me from doing that by saying bad internet connection? While I'm on 5G+? For real Shippex? Never again.

After reading reviews I decided to test service on a inexpensive item. Everything went smoothly. Shipped an item from Amazon to Shippex then they sent it to Cayes, Haiti. I also visited the Shippex location in Cayes before making purchase. I’m going to use Shippex it’s works for me.

Very disappointed with this company. I was told my items will be available for delivery in 16-30 days. That was bad marketing. I sent them at the beginning of August, now Oct. still in transit. Very expensive and not trustworthy.

No working phone number, and site will not process my shipping payment, though my charge card has been charged several times. I’m beyond frustrated as this is the only service to send much needed food to folks in Haiti.
