I recently relocated to Arizona from Texas and needed to move a fair amount of stuff, but not enough to be cost efficient to utilize a moving company. I contacted a moving company that I used previously and they recommended Ship Smart. It is important to note that they are not a moving company but a shipping company as the process is entirely different. Since I was fairly flexible on my pick up date and completely flexible on my delivery date-- it was a wonderful resource. Dealing with the main office was easy and the quote they provided was reasonable. The actual invoice was greater than the quote but that was because I had underestimated how much I was actually moving. When the Texas Team picked up the items -- they were so nice and accommodating and were not flustered at all by the extra items. They were professional and really great to work with. It was a hot day in the summer and they were had to go up and down several flights of stairs-- however it was not a problem for them. They were really wonderful to work with.

They packed up the boxes in a professional crate and sealed it with care. The items were received in perfect condition and the driver was able to place the crates in the garage. I was quoted a time frame which was fine since I was not in a hurry to get the items. Again this is a freight company and if you need the items unloaded, unpacked and delivered by a certain time-- perhaps this is not the company for you. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to receive my items a few weeks ahead of schedule.

Ship Smart provided a great service and I can't speak for others-- but I would for sure use them again.

Ship Smart was just what I was looking for to move several items of furniture from Texas to Georgia. The amount of furniture was not enough to use a moving company so this was a great, affordable option. They were very professional in every step of the way. I thought they were fairly priced and made it very easy for me. The guys that I used for unpacking told me they had never seen anything packed so well! They were extremely impressed which gave me even more confidence in the great job that Ship Smart performed.

Ship Smart was recommended to me by a friend when I was planning a move from NC to CA. I called them up and was immediately blown away at their customer service. They won me over as a customer, and were very informative, continually, throughout the whole move process.

The incredible way in which they packed and palletized everything meticulously was simply amazing when my entire life's belongings arrived, and arrived on time.

I recently used Ship Smart to bring a room's worth of furniture from FL to NY. It was too small a load for a large shipper, but too large, and too long a distance for me to do any other way. The Ship Smart folks, both pick up and delivery, and my "office " contact were excellent. Everything came well-packed, and undamaged and in the time frame agreed upon. My only "issue" was that the actual cost was about $1000 over the quote, but that was due to the fact that I did not have exact dimensions/weight. When all is said and done, I would use them again with confidence.

Shipsmart promptly provided their competitive quote to move a family teak buffet from San Diego to Michigan. Their price was significantly cheaper than multiple other major moving company quotes. Once I received the buffet I was amazed how well the item was custom foam packed within the custom made carton. It was fantastically packed (way above my expectations!!) and arrived on schedule without any damage. It was packed as if the item was their own. My expectations were exceeded! I would definitely use them again!

I had some antiques that I wanted to move from California to Boston. I heard some good things about Shipsmart so went with them. I had a very good and seamless experience. Customer Service was responsive. The movers arrived on time to wrap the items and they arrived in perfect condition (also on time). I would use them again.

At first there was miscommunication regarding how the FULL process works. This was my first time working with a shipping company so I'm sure there was a few things on my part to be more clear. Nonetheless, Joslin Matthews stepped in to clearly communicate from start to finish my entire experience. My delivery schedule is actually 3-4 days ahead of schedule from what we talked about. If I have to move long distance again, I'll be sure to call Ship Smart. There are more logistics involved than people think about so it's just really important to find the right people who tell you everything start to finish. Work with Joslin and you'll be happy.

Shipped an antique grandfather clock from Colorado Springs to Seattle. The clock was lovingly and carefully padded and wrapped. It arrived as scheduled in perfect condition. The staff was professional and friendly. Will without doubt use Ship Smart again as we downsize and send family items to our children and grandchildren! DrBea
