Abdul is a good man. There were some mistakes made by U-Haul corporate, not Abdul or ship it good, that put me in a bind on an emergency situation I was in. Once again it was not on Abdul or ship it good, it was U-Haul corporate. This man did literally every single thing possible to make it right and was fighting corporate for me. He ended up getting me into a U-Haul that was able to meet my needs. Was it exactly what I wanted? No, but it was a very fair compromise and he helped me on the pricing. I was able to get done what needed to get done. It’s a holiday weekend and I totally get why there was a shortage on equipment and I literally needed something at 5pm on a Friday. He gave me water while I was waiting, he listened to my problems, and he handled a bad situation very well and I was happy with the outcome. He went above and beyond. Whenever I need a U-Haul I am coming back here.

Walked into "Ship It Right" and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. Abdul greeted me with a welcoming smile. I had a package that had to be specially wrapped and boxed and he helped with custom labels and packing. He could not have done anything better. I'm now a regular customer.

Ship it Good is one of the most convenient stores in the area. I’m usually short pressed on time, and this place saves me travel and waiting time for every day services. Abdul helps me with packing and shipping, DMV paperwork, and now even provides Uhaul rentals. He goes above and beyond for his customers and that is greatly appreciated!
