Brought my truck in for recall work on the passenger side airbag in December. Picked up the truck to find the dash cracked right by the airbag. I was told "they all crack there and it was cracked before they started". It was not! They would contact me on what they could do for me to make right. Still waiting to hear from them. My guess is they are not interested in doing anything to correct the issue

This Shields Auto Mart, General Manager Pete Klein and Our Sales Professional, Rich Heintz have always gone the extra mile to make our buying experience the Absolute Best. Their selection of vehicles is wonderful but if they didn't have the "perfect" one on the lot, they get it for us. They always go the extra mile to help us with any questions and Rich has even programmed our Garage Door Opener when we just couldn't figure it out.

They also have the most awesome Service Department and we always enjoy coming in.

We've bought many New Vehicles from This Team and they never let us down !

The definition of bait and switch. Website shows a pre-owned car for a specific price. I drive up to look at it. The salesman comes out and says, Oh. That car was sold already. But we have another one going through service. It will be priced higher however.
If it was a simple mistake, I can see that. But there was no explanation and offer to make it right. Just a salesman trying to sell me a different car at a higher price.

This dealerships service is amazing. We were traveling to Tennessee from Chicago, pulling a trailer when our trucks service engine light came on. Luckily we stopped to access the issue and looked up and there they were. We drove in ,and they plugged it in. They were able to replace the bad sensor and send us safely in our way. Dane the mechanic was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this service department to anyone.

I really wish I could give them a good review, but other than buying a vehicle there I wouldn't recommend using their mechanics. They really don't know what they are doing or talking about. Maybe it's that they have a rookie staff?
Anyway just dont do it..

Absolutely great customer service! Out of towners with car trouble, they were able to help right away. This is a Chevy dealer, my car is a ford and they still we’re able to perform maintenance. Even with being there for 4 hours, the clerk offerd to treat us for lunch. Very thoughtful. Great place, shout out to Rick! Wonderful staff. I’m thinking to switch from ford to Chevy. If I do, I’ll come here. 👌🏽
