They sent the incorrect range and the incorrect dishwasher hose. They were willing to get us the correct range but it had already been given to someone else and was installed. The plumber was able to use the old dishwasher hose. Originally the range was more expensive with a scratch than a brand new one with no issues. The warehouse was not aware of the sale that was happening at the main store. We were able to get the discount price eventually. This headache could have been avoided. The delivery men were very polite. Andrew was very helpful with getting us satisfied.

Had a wonderful experience at Sherman's Clearance Center today! The salesman Jacob that helped me with this process was ahead of the game! Very knowledgeable he was! Answered all my questions and even set me up with a 5 year warranty on my new Beko Refrigerator! Delivery and installation was cheap, only 150$ plus I'm gonna get it tomorrow! I will definitely be back! Sherman's is a 5 Star Company!

Drew was not only knowledgeable but very helpful and answered all of our questions plus helped in showing us the website to allow us to browse options there as well. We came in looking just for prices since my daughter is looking at buying her 1st home and is going to need appliances and furniture and I purchased a new mattress that will be delivered in 2 days! The mattress is comparable to one my daughter purchased a whike back and about a $1000 cheaper with a 10 year warranty. Great service!

Managers are not supportive. Micromanaging environment. Be prepared to have a target on your back. This place gives me anxiety. I don’t recommend working here.
Managers are not held accountable like regular employees are. Managers walk around and do what they want all day, dishing the workload on the rest of us while they laugh and play amongst each other. Managers are also allowed to talk to you however they want. When you report these things to HR you end up with a target on your back and everything say falls on deaf ears. Paul Sherman also said out of his own mouth, he doesn’t need any recommendations on how to better anything, they’ve tried it all and it doesn’t work.. and what they’re doing now seems to work only for people in higher manager positions. The rest of us just work here. Just know that upper management gets paid big bucks to delegate work and point the finger to blame regular employees or different departments. The rest of us are over worked and under paid. Long hours for people who work in delivery and sales. Not if you’re a manager, though. We are tired. Not a good place to work. They are trying to hide my comment instead of correct the issues that we a as employees put out

Amerie greeted us right away. We told her what we were looking for. She provided us with a tape measure which we forgot and left us to look at refrigerators. When we had questions she was right there to answer them. Explained differences and how they work of each brand and what features they offer. Great selection and great shopping experience. Amerie knows our next purchase is washer n dryer and what we want. She will help thru that purchase also.

Cierra has been wonderful! This is the second time purchasing from her in a three month time span. She is knowledgable and more importantly honest. On my way to Shermans for this unexpected visit I was hoping she was working. Love her!!
