If you value your time, money, and sanity DO NOT go with Shepherds flooring!! Our experience has been horrible! The only nice thing I can say is Mike the installer is a great and honest guy!

First off, Christine was horrible to work with. She told me if I paid in cash it would save money and give me the soonest install dates, which ended up being pushed. I called to see if there were dates sooner as we needed to close on our house. In a decent amount of time to add, Christine laughed at me over the phone and said she had nothing to give and or couldn't help. I spoke with the installer ( who was fabulous) the first day he showed up and said "I had nothing scheduled, all day (the day prior that I had asked for)" ended up paying the installer to come in on his personal time to help as Shepards refused to help me period. As soon as they got the money, they treated us terribly.

We finally went in last week and was looking to replace our bedroom floors. Christine was so knowledgeable about the wood and laminate floors, helped us decide what our best options were. These are nice and very professional people. I can't imagine them treating anyone poorly. Christine went way beyond what I needed and kept me up to date on progress. Little more pricey but worth it.

Review edited. After a prolonged wait, Shepherds came through. A bad install initially was thoroughly and professionally corrected. Very happy with the flooring now. Thanks to Aaron and the amazing crew sent out to make it right again.
