We transitioned 12 self-service coin-operated kiosks in our libraries to new Sharp copiers. Mark Franklin was phenomenal! He took the time to understand our existing functionality and ensured that our newly installed Sharp copiers performed as needed. He even rearranged his schedule to return an additional day to confirm that the installation was complete and that no additional changes were needed. The copiers are working well. The attention to detail and great customer service was greatly appreciated. Mark Franklin did an amazing job and is a valuable asset to Sharp Business Systems. Thank you!!!!

My organization has been using Sharp copiers for well over 10 years and our experience has always been positive. Our customer service representative, Myrna Gomez is amazing!!! Whenever I reach out for assistance, which tends to be pretty frequently, she is always there to help, from requesting service on one of our copiers to ordering supplies. Her responsiveness is top notch. Even during the COVID shutdown when most organizations had limited in-office staff, Myrna was still just a phone call away. She is truly a great asset to the Sharp organization & a joy to work with.

I cannot say enough about Brian Loftus and his team. They have gone above and beyond on getting our office setup with printing and scanning. We have saved a ton just switching from a desk top printer in every office to one that is simple and everyone can use. We were so impressed that I have referred him to my husband's office and they are now working with him to try and switch over. Definitely the guy and the company to go with.

Our Newly installed Sharp copier/printer had a paper jam issue after about 3 weeks of operation. Our call to the Service Center was handled quickly and professionally. Our service technician, Willie Schofield, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He also was very friendly and helpful. His technical expertise quickly worked through the issue to locate a defective part. Willie, ordered the replacement parts. He kept us informed during each step of the process. The repair was completed with days.

We had 3 new machines delivered, setup, & configured today. I'm the IT Administrator for our company and obviously have higher standards for Vendor reps/techs needing to know what they are doing with their products. Our onsite Tech, Mark Franklin delivered the highest quality of Service and Expertise and genuinely impressed me. Not only did he make sure everything was working as it should during the migration on existing workstations, but he made sure that I was setup to be able to install the new machines on new workstations. Our Sales team, Kay Friedlander, and Alan Fenters took care of us on the sales side. Sharp is producing great relationships to go along with their great products.
