Great ambience, fast service, self order and pay.

Shroom burger, cheese burger, chicken burger, shack burger, chicken bites.

Unfortunately there are no healthy options. Almost everything is deep fried and there is nothing grilled and no salad options. The burgers come with next to no veggies.

First time eating at this shake shack location. We got here at 8pm on a Monday and it was packed! Probably because there was a big group here. The double shack burger was delicious as usual. The edges of the burger this time it was nicely toasted and crunchy.

I went to smash burger recently and this definitely is better. The cheese French fries were good. The cheese could’ve been more cheesier.

The bathroom smelled really nice and it was clean!

The food was served fresh and hot! The milkshakes are some of the best I've had in a long time! The employes keep the establishment very clean and are friendly and helpful! Everyone works as a team here and it shows! Will be back again and again!!

Wonderful experience first time in! I bought my little family of 4 in and it was great! We tried some Double Shackburgers and that flavor was on point! 10 out of 10 highly recommend! I wasn't really a fan of the truffle sauce, honest opinion, but the parmesan was amazing on the fries. The loaded fries are a hit though and my new go-to shake is that Cherry Blossom! I've never had anything like it, and definitely will be back to try the Thai Latte Shake! My new favorite shake place!

Food was hot and properly seasoned -> great taste. Quality ingredients. Ordering in the app worked without issue and estimated pickup time was accurate. Oakbrook location was clean. Will be back for sure.

Great quick lunch stop while out shopping! I was glad to see the option for both a gluten free bun (extra charge) as well as a lettuce wrap (no charge)

Cheese fries were only good for the first few bites. The fries got cold fast, and the cheese hardened after a bit. It was like fondue cheese that you need to keep heated. The burger bread was nice, veggies were nice, the burger itself was disappointing, pretty flat for the price point. I do not see the hype here. I will not be coming back.

Came with my dad. They had 3 kiosks to order from, and their avocado and bacon burgers were sold out. First time here, both of us got the shack burger and 1 cheese fries to split between us. Smooth checkout, take a number, and they will bring you the food once it's ready. We looked at 3 tables, all of which were not clean before sitting down at one of the cleaner ones. They have self-service water and ketchup, and food came out relatively fast. They also had 4? TVs, 2 that I could see from my point of view. 1 was playing commercial ads, and the other was playing bluey, but there were no subtitles, and the place was playing music. The cheese fries came with a little 2 prong wooden fork, which was cute though.

I'm very glad that this Shake Shack location opened in Oak Brook. It's in a convenient spot, and the burgers, chicken, fries, and shakes are excellent. The quality of service is good as well. The only minor downside of eating here are the occasional annoying tourists.
