Dr. Schiffern is one of the best doctors. He did my Shoulder Rotator Cuff surgery in January. I have been going to PT 2x a week since the surgery. While the surgery went flawless, I have a good amount of inflammation/pain in my arm while doing my PT exercises.

I saw Dr. Schiffern today for 3 month followup and after he felt around my shoulder, he thinks it might just be inflammation. He offered me a Cortisone shot or dose pack and I decided the shot. The most wonderful thing about Dr. Schiffern is his kind bedside manner. He will discuss your options and let you decide. So, now that I received the shot, PT continues this week. He is having me back in 6 week for another followup.

You absolutely cannot find a better arm and shoulder specialist than him and his team. Once this arm heals I will have to do the other arm and have full convenience with this group.

Dr Schiffern is a wonderful Dr and the staff is excellent. I have seen Dr Schiffern over the last. 15 years. He put my shoulder back togather then. As I age he has brought me comfort. I can go on takeing care of my great grandsons.

Dr. Schiffern did my rotator cuff repair and I rarely take time to do ratings. However, in this case I can’t pass this chance to say that he is the best surgeon. His professionalism is second to none. His two main attributes that stand out are his ability to make you feel at ease and his experience and expertise with shoulder repair. I can’t rate my experience any higher.

Doctor Schiffrern is absolutely amazing. I suffered through excruciating shoulder pain for years from several injuries and then arthritis. The same day, I returned home from my total shoulder replacement. I felt better than I had in years. Within just a few months, I had full use and 0 pain. On my 1 year anniversary, I just returned from 2 weeks in Colorado fly fishing in the mountains, and I totally forgot I ever had any replacement or injury. It's amazing; it's just like it never happened. He is one of the best surgeons I've ever met.

Dr. Schiffern has given wonderful care to me following a failed reverse shoulder replacement by a different surgeon. Dr. Schiffern encouraged me (and my family!) that I should have an outstanding ultimate outcome. At 6 months post-op, I’m thrilled to report that I have essentially no shoulder pain & excellent function. I’m so grateful for Dr. Schiffern’s skilled & compassionate medical care.
