Great ferry ride and we had an exceptional day weather wise early in the season. No whales, just a few sea otters. There’s not really a bad seat, the bathrooms are super clean and they have a little snack bar with free coffee and tea.

Great trip! Saw orcas on the way to and from Seldovia. The crew was all very friendly. This is a great option for people scared of boats that might be nervous about a long boat ride (like my kid), this was quick, just 45 minutes or so and very calm.

Fast, comfortable transport across the bay. Friendly crew with a sense of humor. When we saw a whale, the captain steered us close for a better view. We paid for a ferry ride and got treated to wildlife viewing.

This is a super fun ferry. We took it from Homer to Seldovia, round trip. We saw orca whales on the way and the ferry driver stopped and allowed us all to take pics and watch them for a bit. We saw sea otters too. This ferry leaves on time, so don’t be late. Free parking too. Free coffee and tea inside (two levels of seating) and snacks sold for $1. We highly recommend this ferry. Family friendly! Masks required inside but not on the deck.

We took the ferry to Seldovia and back on Saturday and it was a great experience. The directions were easy to follow, the ferry boat was impressive and easy to find, and the crew was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time!!

we took the water taxi over to Soldovia. We had a great time walking around the village and we did a hike. During the trip over the boat captain stopped so we could watch a pod of killer whales

Great way to get across the bay to Seldovia. Clean and easy ride. Staff were helpful and they were nice enough to slow down to let us view some whales along the way. Plus free tea and coffee! Would highly recommend!!

Went on the Seldovia Bay Ferry this past weekend and had a great experience. Did a last minute booking online and was super easy! Dogs allowed and only have to wear your mask if you're inside. Super friendly staff and even gave the pups french fries (with our permission). Highly recommend!
