April selby is the best she answered every question I had and gave me some more answers I didn't know I was seeking. She is honest she is reliable she is fair she is a amazing realtor/broker and a extraordinary human being. This company has local knowledge to get you onto your dream peice of land or into ypur forever home even if it's not her listing you can ask her to broker any deal in her jurisdiction so you can buy with confidence! She puts in the work few others do selling when rural properties... other companies will list land at a firm price but have no pictures of the land... not selby realty they have turn by turn directions to every lot and 9/10 times have visited the property listed and the other 1/10 times is because they are on there way to said property to get descriptions and turn by turn directions and let any road hazards be known prior! I only review if its really great service and this company is the best don't waste your time anywhere else selby realty or nothing!
